Payment methods for ambulatory care facilities (Protocol)

Little is known about the effects of the different types of payment systems on performance of health care facilities. This publication is the protocol of a systematic review aiming to find evidence on which kinds of payment methods are effective in improving the provision of ambulatory health services, and what policy advice can be disseminated to policymakers and managers of health insurance in different countries .
