Barriers and facilitators to the implementation of health benefit packages in low-and middle-income countries: a systematic review protocol
The past few years have witnessed a growing movement by governments in low and middle-income countries (LMICs) towards achieving universal health coverage (UHC). UHC is a critical component of sustainable development and poverty reduction, and a key element of any effort to reduce social inequalities and enhance access to care.<br />This publication is a protocol for a review on the following question: What are the barriers and facilitators to the implementation of health benefit packages in low- and middle-income countries?
