Utilisation of lay/community health workers in Kwazulu-Natal, An annotated bibliography

As above, this annotated bibliography was prepared for the Kwazulu-Natal Department of Health, as a first stage in further discussions towards a rapid evidence synthesis. This bibliography responded to concerns by the commissioners that the facility utilisation rate had dropped in the province, linked with an uncertainty that this might be linked to increased community based outreach services.
